Cord blood CD34+ cells were purified and treated or not with rhFucTVI for 40 minutes at 37°C and then analyzed for P- and E-selectin binding, or sLex expression (HECA 452 clone). Data are expressed as mean percentage ± SEM of selectin binding or sLex-expressing CD34+ cells, and mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) ± SEM within the selectin binding or sLex-positive population. P values compare percentage or MFI means between FucTVI-treated and untreated cells.
