Bardwick features include peripheral neuropathy, organomegaly, endocrinopathy, monoclonal protein, and skin changes.
Mayo features include Bardwick features as well as volume overload (effusions, edema, ascites), sclerotic bone lesions, Castleman disease, and papilledema; in the Mayo criteria, monoclonal plasmaproliferative disorder is used rather than monoclonal protein.
