Clonotypic B cells were tested in sorted cell populations collected at 100 and 1000 cells/tube. Clonotypic frequency was determined as the number of sample tubes with clonal μ transcript divided by the total number of cells in all sample tubes analyzed.
Clonotypic frequency was determined by single-cell analysis. Clonal frequency was calculated as described in Table 4.
