HeLa and Raji cells were synchronized by double thymidine and nocodazole block. Quantitative RT-PCR was performed as described. Quantitative immunoblot analysis was performed on CHAPS+ soluble lysates using infrared detection and Odyssey imaging as described. Band quantitation was normalized to B-actin levels.
RHAMM ratios were determined as described.
