BCP-ALL cells cultured on HBMS were incubated (106/mL) with or without a CD40L-transfected cell line for 48 hours. Cytokines were measured using ELISA in the supernatants. Normal DCs were differentiated from monocytes in the presence of GM-CSF + IL-13.
