Cell and progenitor counts after fucoidan mobilization in EGFP-αM+/+ and EGFP-αM–/– chimeric mice

Blood was harvested 2 hours after treatment with fucoidan (100 mg/kg) from EGFP-αM+/+ and EGFP-αM-/- chimeric mice. WBC counts were determined using an automated cell counter. The number of fluorescent and nonfluorescent colonies was determined on day 7 after plating.
Conversion factor: WBC count (1 × 106/mL = 103/μL).
