Karpas 707 and U-1958 cells were treated with rapamycin (Rap) and/or dexamethasone (Dex) for 48 hours followed by analysis using the Vindelöv method.38  Three independent experiments per cell line were performed, and results are presented as mean percentage ± SD where n = 3.
