Populations are as follows: n = 4 for BMT, no TI group (mean ± SD is shown); and n = 2 for ATX, BMT, no TI group (each row represents an individual animal in this group). For bone marrow transplantation (BMT), 2 × 108 CD45.2 B6 bone marrow cells were given to untreated CD45.1 B6 recipients. TI indicates thymic irradiation; and ATX, adult thymectomy.
