Number of years after stem cell transplantation (patient 1, unrelated cord blood transplantation; patient 6, T cell—depleted HLA-haploidentical transplantation number 1; single T cell—depleted HLA-haploidentical transplantation for patients 2, 4, 8, 9, and 10; single HLA identical transplantation for patients 3 and 5; patient 7 is deceased) when posttransplantation experiments were performed.
Percent specific K562 lysis at effector-target (E/T) ratio 50:1. Results were similar at other E/T ratios.
