Three FL samples were expanded for 28 days, and 20 × 106 viable nucleated cells were injected into individual NOD/SCID mice. Engraftment was analyzed about 6 weeks (short-term) or about 12 weeks (long-term) after transplantation and is expressed as the percentage of CD45+ human cells in the mouse BM.
