Lysates obtained by repeated freeze-thawing cycles of PMNs (1 × 107) of individual donors as indicated.

Two independent experiments with lysates obtained from PMNs of different donors. Killing was measured after 2 hours. Results of the 2 experiments are separated by the virgule (experiment 1/experiment 2).

All values are corrected for nonspecific killing.
