There were 3 independent AML 1-ETO cultures grown on MS-5 stroma for 7 weeks and then plated to methylcellulose. Week designation signifies total period of in vitro proliferation at end of assay. Average CFU-C ± SD per 105 cells for duplicate cultures (where available).
