Lysis of HLA-A*0201—negative control cell lines was consistently less than 10% at the 30:1 effector-target ratio (data not shown). The NK cell target K562 was not lysed (data not shown). Results are representative of at least 2 and as many as 15 experiments. Expression of CYP1B1 in target cells was confirmed by Western blot analysis (Figure 1 and data not shown).
