For normal tissues, tissue sections from 3 subjects were evaluated for CYP1B1 expression. Breast carcinoma was used as a positive control, always showing high expression. +++ indicates more than 20% of cells with high expression in all 3 normal samples; ++, intermediate expression, or less than 20% of cells with high expression in at least one sample; +, low expression, or less than 20% of cells with intermediate expression in at least one sample; +/-, weak expression in at least one sample; and -, no expression in any sample tested.
