EBV-LCLs were incubated for 18 hours with 25 μg/mL HB-14-25 peptide and washed. CD4+ T-cell clone R3A8 was then incubated for 20 hours with 30 000 untreated and peptide-pulsed EBV-LCLs. IFN-γ released in the supernatant was measured by ELISA. < indicates < 40 pg/mL IFN-γ.
