Influence of the expression of BCC-GFP on colony formation in Rat-1 by p185(BCR-ABL)

Rat-1 cells were infected with p185(BCR-ABL) in presence of either GFP or BCC-GFP as indicated and plated as triplicates. Colonies were counted on day 14. The colony numbers were normalized with the infection efficiency.
