Data show the human cytokines that were produced in 12 of 15 mice, which were killed at days 2 (n = 5), 7 (n = 5), or 16 (n = 5) after treatment with clodronate-containing liposomes, 350 cGy irradiation, and 10 × 10⁶ huPBMCs. Samples of 3 mice (1 of each killed group) were not measurable because serum amounts were too low. Mean plasma levels (pg/mL) and range were calculated from the samples of 4 mice for each cytokine.
