PBMCs were isolated from heparinized blood and stained with mAbs directed against lineage markers, MHC class 2, CD11c, and CD123, as described in the “Materials and methods.” Gated Lin- cells were analyzed for differential expression of CD11c and CD123, as depicted in Figure 1.
