Sorted CD45+ or CD45-EB cells from 2 independent experiments using H1 and H9 cells under various differentiation treatments were assessed for hematopoietic progenitor capacity by placing equal numbers of CD45+ or CD45- cells or up to 9- to 32-fold more CD45- cells into CFU assays.
