Values for k0off and σ were determined from regressions of data obtained from 2 independent analyses, MC simulation (MCR) and statistical point estimate (SPE). P values based on a 2-tailed Student t test revealed no statistically significant differences in MCR- or SPE-derived values for k0off and σ as well as for intrinsic off-rates (MCR) for PT and type 2B VWD (P >.1).
