Cells were cultured for 24 hours prior to infusion into irradiated C57BL/6 mice, as described in “Materials and methods.”
Peripheral blood samples were collected from 3 mice per group. The values for lymphocytes, neutrophils, red blood cells, and platelets show mean ± SEM.
A significant decrease (P < .05) compared with that of BMCs + C1498 control group, as determined by an unpaired Student t test.
