The regulation of gene expression in T cells upon G-CSF treatment in vivo was investigated in CD3+ and CD4+ T cells from healthy stem cell donors before and after G-CSF application. The results of cDNA array hybridizations are shown as mean factor of expression ratios (after vs before G-CSF) of regulated genes from 3 paired array experiments each for CD3+ and CD4+ T cells. Array analyses of CD3+ T cells were performed from individual donors before and after G-CSF application; CD4+ T cells had to be pooled for each array experiment from 3 stem cell donors in order to obtain sufficient starting material
