Results (MFI) are given as mean ± SEM. Human T lymphocytes were stimulated with fucoidan, SDF-1, or both. Cell surface β₂ integrin and activation-associated epitope were detected by antibodies 60.3 and mAb24, respectively, using flow cytometry. Surface β₁ integrin and activation-associated epitope were detected by antibodies HP2/1 and HUTS-21, respectively. L-selectin was detected by LAM1-116.
