Patient 1: 12-year-old girl, 1 month after MUD-BMT; patient 2: 18-year-old girl, 1 month after CTX; patient 3: 6-month-old boy, 1 month after HD-CTX/ASCR. PBMCs were cultured and analyzed by FACS as described. Results are shown for interleukin 2 added to stimulated cultures at 25 U/mL.
