Comparisons that reached statistical significance in any of the risk group categories are included regardless of whether the risk group/+ 8 interaction was statistically significant. The log-rank statistic was used to test significance for the OS comparisons.

The median for the favorable risk group in Table 5 was not meaningful because the medians are only just reached in that group. Therefore, 2-year survival rates rather than medians are used for all risk groups to be consistent.
