Expression of Eμ-A1 transgene in the SCID background

Bone marrow and spleen cells were analyzed for B220 expression using flow cytometry. Mean absolute cell numbers (± SD) are given for 2 femurs or whole spleen from 7 mice of each genotype. Differences between SCID and Eμ-A1 SCID groups were not statistically significant.
