Lymph node and spleen cells from 4- to 8-week-old mice were counted and analyzed for the indicated subsets using flow cytometry. Values indicate the average percentage or absolute numbers of cells for the indicated subset (± SD) for 6 mice analyzed in each group. For splenic B-cell numbers, the difference is statistically significant.
