Platelet count and plasma sCD40L were measured in 2 patients with ITP, 2 with RT, and 2 with ET at diagnosis and after treatment. Treatments were intravenous immunoglobulins for patients 1 and 2, antibiotherapy for patient 3, corticotherapy for patient 4, and hydroxyurea for patients 5 and 6.
