Results are a summary of data presented in Figure 1 and data obtained from the primary cell lines before cloning. “Supportive” refers to the stromal cells that, after a 4-week coculture, supported more than 200 CFCs per 104 input BM cells.
LTC-CFCs indicates long-term culture colony-forming cells; E11, embryonic day 11; AM, dorsal aorta and mesenchyme; UG, urogenital ridge; EL, embryonic liver; and GI, gastrointestinal region.
