PBMCs transduced with the SFCMM3 (HS-tk/ΔLNGFR) vector or G1Tk1SvNa (HS-tk/Neo-R) vector were selected, respectively, by positive magnetic sorting (ΔLNGFR+ fraction) or by G418 resistance (G418 selected). The frequency of EBV-reactive cells in these GMCs was compared with cultured, nontransduced, nonselected cells and PBMCs. Data are expressed as percent tetramer+ cells within CD8+ cells after 12 days of culture.
