Retroviral vectors were produced in 293T cells by cotransfection of gag-polgpt, HCMV-G, and a genomic RNA-encoding vector. Molt-3 cells were infected with LESN, LESNΔ, LESNΔ-LCR, and LESNΔ-NLCR retroviral vectors generated by transient transfection of 293T cells and selected in G418-containing medium for 4 weeks before FACS analysis. The percentage of EGFP+ cells for each construct (%), MFI, and CV value are indicated.
