T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) cells were cultured with media, IL-7, or IL-7 and Bcl-2 antisense or control oligonucleotides. Bcl-2 protein expression and percentage of viable cells were examined in 6 patients, and results of one representative experiment are shown. The effect of bcl-2 antisense oligonucleotide was examined in 2 patients, and results of one experiment are shown.
