The cells have been cultivated for 6 hours with 1 μM monensin.
Proportion of cells expressing IFN-γ, TNF, IL-2, and IL-4 among Tax+ PBMCs isolated from 3 ACs and 3 patients with neurological disease. Cells were harvested after 6 hours of cultivation in vitro.
