T-cell lines were cultured with autologous peripheral blood B cells in the presence of the immunoreactive GPIIb-IIIa fragment or GST for 10 days, and anti–GPIIb-IIIa antibody levels in culture supernatants were measured by ELISA.

T-cell lines were stimulated with phytohemagglutinin and anti-CD3 mAb for 3 days, and cytokine levels in culture supernatants were measured by ELISA.
