Results are given as means of 2 experiments, each involving 3 to 5 animals. For each measurement point, 106 cells were analyzed by FACS.

Progenitor number and % refer to total cell numbers in femurs and tibias of both legs (CLP, CMP, GMP) or in the thymus (TP, Pro-T) of a 6-8 week old animal, respectively.
