103 CLPs were plated in 10 μL media with the indicated cytokines (concentrations are given in “Materials and methods”). The number of clusters per well containing ⩾10 cells were counted on day 4.
Although no DCs were seen on day 4, some cells with DC morphology could be observed starting on day 7 of culture with IL-7, SLF, and Flt3-L.
