Six-week-old C57BL/6-β2m−/− mice (chosen for their lack of NKT cells) received 2 intraperitoneal injections of 0.5 mg NK1.1 mAb per mouse 1 day and 2 hours before death compared with mice injected with isotype control. Data are means ± SEM from 3 individual mice.
