Cells were cultured with (Aza C) and without (No tx) 5-aza-2′-deoxycytidine at 2.5 μM for 72 hours. The absence of a band in reverse transcription–polymerase chain reactions is indicated by a dash, and its presence by a plus. Shaded areas indicate that expression was restored with demethylation.
PB indicates normal donor peripheral blood.
