Two additional dogs (E745 and E747) were euthanized on day 15 due to poor clinical condition from systemic canine herpes virus infection, which represented an exceptional complication in the canine facility. The 2 had no evidence of donor chimerism in blood and marrow specimens obtained on the day of death.

NE indicates not evaluable; ET1, euthanized because of poor clinical condition from systemic canine herpes virus infection; and ET2, euthanized at completion of the study.
