Irradiated (750 cGy) AKR mice were transplanted with either TCD B6.PL BM alone (107 cells) or together with 5 × 105 B6 TK+ T cells. A cohort of mice in each experiment transplanted with TK+ T cells was treated with GCV (50 mg/kg per day) for 5 days after transplantation on the specified scheduled noted above. Animals were bled on day 28 in experiment 1 and day 29 in experiment 2.
