Cellular extracts and supernatants were prepared at the indicated times and analyzed for expression of the soluble and membrane-bound forms of FasL in the same ELISAs, according to the manufacturer's protocol. Mean concentrations in ng/mL (bold characters) with SD between parentheses are representative of at least 2 independent experiments.
