CD4+ T cells were activated for 2 days with CD3 mAb, alone or in presence of the indicated reagents, as described in “Materials and methods.” After washing and permeabilization, staining of the cells with PE-apo2.7 mAb was performed and analyzed by flow cytometry. Bold numbers represent the mean percent values of positive cells from 4 independent experiments, with SD indicated between brackets.
