MLV DNA was assessed by a real-time PCR assay using primers and probes specific for the MLV ψ packaging sequence (modified from Gerard et al21). Values are expressed as the percentage of transduced cells. The lower limit of detection of this assay is 0.01% MLV-transduced cells.
