IFN-γ indicates Interferon γ; IL-6, interleukin 6; MIP, macrophage inflammatory protein; MDMs, monocyte-derived macrophages.
MDMs were treated with cytokines for the last 24 hours of the culture.
Supernatants from the cultures of untreated MDMs or MDMs treated with cytokines were collected and analyzed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in duplicates.
