JM-1 cells were collected after treatment with 5 μmol/L VP-16 or 0.1 μg/mL Ara-C for 24 hours in the presence (SC) or absence (NS) of an adherent stromal cell layer. JM-1 cells were fixed in EtOH, treated for 30 minutes with RNase, and stained with propidium iodide for DNA analysis. Data are representative of 2 independent experiments.
