Cells were transduced as described in the legend to Figure 2. Dendritic cells (DCs) were transduced either before (immature DCs) or after differentiation (mature DCs). Transduction efficiency was calculated as the percentage of GFP-expressing cells within the total population. Mean ± SD of at least 2 experiments are shown.
