The CD4+ T cells were preincubated with either medium or the indicated signal transduction inhibitors and then stimulated for 2 days via CD3 alone, or in presence of Lptn, before determination of [3H]-thymidine uptake, as described in “Materials and methods.”
Values represent the cpm means, with SD in parentheses, obtained from at least 3 independent experiments performed in triplicate cultures.
