Blood samples were obtained from recipients of B6 TCD-BM, B6 BMS plus rat IgG, and B6 BMS plus anti-CD134L on days 7, 14, 28, and 56 after BMT. Serum samples were divided into aliquots and stored in at −40°C for ELISA. Plus-minus values are the mean ± SD for 5 mice in each group. Recipients of B6 BMS plus rat IgG were not examined on day 56 because none had survived.
A concentration of 31.3 pg/mL was the lowest detection limit of the assay.
