Each mouse was lethally irradiated and transplanted with sorted NGFR+ c-kit+ Sca-1+ cells pooled from donors shown in Table 4, as described in “Materials and Methods.” Peripheral blood analysis was performed as in Figure 1. Data shown are the percentage of Ly-5.2+ or NGFR+ cells in peripheral blood of individual mice 2 months after BMT.
