Spleens from individual mice were recovered 8 months after transplantation, and splenocytes were analyzed by flow cytometry as described in “Materials and Methods.” Data represent the percentage of Ly-5.2⁺ or Ly-5.2⁺NGFR⁺ splenocytes. All other abbreviations are as in Figure1.
